ON THE THURSDAY, 18TH OF SEPTEMBER THE PLENARY MEETING OF THE THIRD SESSION OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE OF THE SIXTH CONVOCATION.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk, having opened the morning meeting, asked the chairmen of the Deputies´ Factions for the conference on the agenda and announced the break.
The chairman of Lytvyn Bloc, the People´s Deputy Volodymyr Lytvynafter the end of the break pointed the attention on the fact that the bill on the state support of the specialized in back problems sanatorium named after academician M. N. Burdenko in Saki, the Autonomous republic of Crimea is not included into the agenda.
The people´s deputies suggested preparing the bill of the resolution, including other sanatoria that need the state support in it.
A. Yatseniuk having summed the expressed propositions up, commissioned the Committees with the preparation of a such bill of resolution.
The Chairman asked to inform according the adopted by the Central Elective Commission decision on the formation of the electorate register.
Next People´s Deputies have scrutinized and adopted the decision regarding some resolutions on the judges´ election and dismissal.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the resolution on the amendments to the stuff of the Committees of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. O.V. Lavrynovych was recalled from the post of the Firs Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism ashe was elected to the post of the FirstVice Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Tomenko M. V. was recalled from the post of the Member of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism as he was elected to the post of the Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The People´s deputies supported the introduction of the amendments to the Resolution "On the application of the scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the most talented young scholars", according to the Resolution 30 scholarships are adopted for the most talented young scholars in the amount of 2 thousand grn. monthly for the term of 1 year.
Next the bill on the amendments to the items 46 and 50 of the Law of Ukraine "On the local self-governing" was scrutinized. The bill was adopted in its entirety as a law with the remarks of the People´s Deputy O. Liashko.
The bill on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine in the new edition was reported by the First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Budget, E. Kyrylchuk. He declared that the amendments suggested by the bill include all the items and chapters of the Budget Code.
The People´s Deputy during the discussion have supported the bill.

At the beginning of the evening plenary meeting the People´s deputies have included to the agenda the bill on amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the taxation of the agriculture trades producers.
The bill on the amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding the state support of the publishing sphere in Ukraine were reported by the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy, O. Tsariov.
During the discussion the People´s Deputies have supported the adoption of this law and has adopted the law in its entirety as a law.
Next the People´s Deputies have scrutinized the bill on amendments to some laws of Ukraine(regarding the extra actions in order to provide the fulfillment of The Constitution of Ukraine).
One of the authors of the bill, the People´s Deputy Sviatislav Oliynuk has reported that the suggested changes concerns the implication of the criminal liability for "the illegal denial of the meetings, marchs and demonstrations organization on the part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military services of Ukraine"
the reporter added that the authors also suggest to apply the criminal liability for "the usurpation of the state power in order to pre-term dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine authority, not according to the Constitution of Ukraine".
The Bill was adopted in the first reading.
